Is my project too small?
Not necessarily. PCG accepts selected focused repairs and installations in addition to larger remodeling work. Send photos and a description through the intake form so the team can determine whether the project is a fit.
Can I send photos before someone comes out?
Yes. Photos are encouraged for smaller requests because they help the team understand the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
Can you install something I already purchased?
Potentially. The item, dimensions, mounting requirements, surrounding conditions, and any additional finish work need to be reviewed before confirming the installation scope.
What happens if you find additional damage?
If an underlying condition materially changes the work, PCG will explain the finding and its effect on the scope before additional work proceeds. If the issue requires a different specialist or separately licensed trade, that should be identified before that work proceeds.
